Unscripted Territory Design & Co. was built from a shared belief that creativity, experience, and growth shouldn’t have a ceiling.

Our story began with the collaboration of two different areas of expertise — more than 25 years in commercial office furniture installation and over 10 years in real estate. Through those experiences, we saw spaces from different perspectives: how they function, how they’re built, how they’re presented, and most importantly, how they make people feel.

Over time, there was a growing desire to bring those worlds together — to tap further into our creativity, work more closely with our clients, and help homeowners, businesses, real estate professionals, and industry partners bring their visions to life.

Together, our experience spans design collaboration, real estate, sales, administration, commercial installations, project management, logistics, and crew management. Our individual strengths naturally complement one another, allowing us to approach each project with both a creative eye and the hands-on experience needed to bring a vision from concept to completion.

We created a company without a narrow definition of what we could become — one that gives us the freedom to continue learning, challenging our capabilities, expanding our services, and meeting our clients wherever their spaces take them.
